Legendary American piano virtuoso Earl Wild passed away early 2010 at the age of 94, then still an active and high-energy performer. Best known for playing Gershwin, Wild was also a gifted composer, and his lively Gershwin arrangements are particularly popular. Includes spectacular pianistic explorations of 'Summertime' and other hits. Young Chinese-American pianist Xiayin Wang attacks these works with zeal and virtuosic flair.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
