The Velours were one of the more talented street-corner groups of the fifties along with Dave "Baby" Cortez and his Pearls group. The Velours hailed from New York and were comprised of vocalists Jerome Ramos (lead), Charles Moffett, John Pearson, Don Haywoode, John Cheatdom and pianist Calvin Hayes. These vintage Onyx label recordings include the original classic hits "Can I Come Over Tonight," "Can I Walk You Home," "This Could Be the Night" and more. All selections newly re-mastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
