Václav Jan Krvtitel Tomásek wrote numerous songs and short piano pieces. His works predate those of his rather more famous near contemporary Franz Schubert by some years but remain mysterious neglected. This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
