The Springers popped out of their Northern Soul cocoon when one of the vinyl 45 singles of "Nothing Too Good for My Baby" sold for more than $4,000 on eBay. Jamie/Guyden is following up on that notoriety with an album of all the Springers' output, including their four singles & five unreleased tracks. For original upbeat & soulful '60s soul, the Springers' amazing sound comes thanks to arrangements by Thom Bell & Bobby Martin, as well as studio musicians who evolved into MFSB & the Philly International sound.
