Description:
Originally self-released on CD in 1999 and introduced to retail by Elektra in 2000, The Siket Disc captures a unique chapter in Phish's storied evolution. Featuring 35 minutes of mostly instrumental, live-in-the-studio improvisations, the album was compiled by keyboardist Page McConnell from recordings during The Story of the Ghost sessions at Bearsville Studios in Woodstock, NY (1997).

Named after engineer John Siket, the LP showcases Phish’s late-’90s ambient explorations and improvisational prowess. Several tracks—including “What’s The Use?,” “My Left Toe,” “The Happy Whip and Dung Song,” and “Quadrophonic Toppling”—have since become staples in the band’s ever-evolving live repertoire.

A cult-favorite among fans, The Siket Disc offers a rare glimpse into Phish’s experimental edge and studio spontaneity.
