Throughout the early to mid-’80s, Catawba became a powerhouse incubator for soul, funk, and club talent, releasing music from names like Dutch Robinson, Jimmy Castor, Wilson Pickett, Jackie Moore, and Brook Benton. This celebratory release brings together classic edits, rare 7" and 12" mixes, and previously unreleased gems—all pressed to vinyl for the first time in decades.
Presented in a gatefold sleeve packed with label history, this compilation is a vibrant tribute to one of the most underrated imprints in dance music history.
