The Lone Wolf Project is the moniker for singer / songwriter Phillip Nathaniel Freeman and his many talented friends. This lifelong musician hails from the small Central Pennsylvania town of Mount Wolf where he founded the Lone Wolf Project in the summer of 2006. Old Words New Chapters contains music inspired by Freeman's continuing passion for early 20th Century folk and blues gaining influences from names like Lead Belly Muddy Waters and Johnny Cash. Freeman also taps into influences like the White Stripes Led Zeppelin and the Avett Brothers which add a considerable edge to his Americana roots. Emphasis tracks include the dark brooding march of the Bridge and the pensive literature of Down South featuring singer/songwriter Dana Alexandra.
