Recorded live between "The Unicorn" in Boston and "The Ash Grove" in Los Angeles and released on Vault Records in 1967, this show pre-dates The Chambers Brothers' signing to Columbia Records by more than a year, capturing the group retaining elements of their gospel roots while also transitioning into a newer, fuller sound. Showcasing their top class vocal harmonies, bluesy guitar work, and a rock steady beat, this is a true slice of psychedelic soul history and features tracks including 'Hi Heel Sneakers', 'Long Tall Sally' and epic six-minute closer 'So Fine'.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
