The Templeton Twins (Tippy and Terry), backed by Teddy Turner and His Bunsen Burners, were a truly unique group (albeit imaginary) who performed pop songs of the '60s and '70s in a pseudo 1920's style. The brainchild of legendary producer Ted Templeman (Van Morrison, Doobie Brothers, Captain Beefheart, Little Feat), using double tracking, he appeared as "The Templeton Twins." the resulting album, "Trill It Like It Was," featured hilarious versions of contemporary hits of the time like "MacArthur Park," and "Light My Fire." the album instantly became a cult classic and now commands high dollars in collector's markets for the original vinyl. Now finally available in the digital domain, all selections newly remastered.
