PVC vs PET: Traditional vinyl records are pressed using PVC, a plastic derived from fossil fuels that is difficult to recycle and harmful to the environment. Superior Sound and Durability: The injection molding technique allows for more precise replication of audio grooves, resulting in records that are flatter, more durable, and exhibit less surface noise. In fact, these records are reported to be eight times more durable than conventional vinyl.
