Half Out is Steven's third 'proper' solo album, recorded in 1991 for Belgian indie Les Disques du Crepuscule. Backed by a crack ensemble band including fellow Tuxedo moon members Blaine L. Reininger, Luc Van Lieshout and Ivan Georgiev, this eclectic yet dazzling set covers the waterfront from skewed swing careworn confessional and modern chamber music. Long unavailable, Half Out has now been digitally remastered with four bonus tracks, three of them previously unreleased. LTM. 2005.
