2006 release from Sprites featuring Jason Korzen (formerly singer/songwriter of Barcelona) and his wife Amy sharing vocals. Ivan & Christian (also formerly of Barcelona) help out. Modern Gameplay is as full of New Wavey, often self-effacing, Electronic Pop songs (with guitar). As fans of Punk/Pop & New Wave (1978-81) SPRITES pay homage to a distinct group of the period's artists: The Suburban Lawns, Gleaming Spires, Sparks, DEVO... mostly the great Suburban Lawns!
