March 10, 2003 is the centenary of the birth of Bix Beiderbecke, one of the most enduring jazz legends. This CD reissue by the Sons of Bix reflects the generation of jazzmen who worshiped him, including Tom Pletcher, one of the most gifted Bix stylists. Pletcher is joined on this 1978 recording by Don Ingle, John Harker, Russ Whitman, Paul Woltz, Don Gibson, Dave Miller, Wayne Jones and Bert Dahlander. Contains extra tracks not found on the original LP issue.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
