This CD reissue by the Sons of Bix reflects the generation of jazzmen who worshiped him, including Tom Pletcher, one of the most gifted Bix stylists. Pletcher is joined on this 1978 recording by Don Ingle, John Harker, Russ Whitman, Paul Woltz, Don Gibson, Dave Miller, Wayne Jones and Bert Dahlander. Contains extra tracks not found on the original LP issue.
