Recorded in 1958 on an expedition through west-central Nepal, Songs and Dances of Nepal features music from the Botea, Sherpa, Takali, and Newari tribal groups and escaped refugees from China. Nepal, which is bordered by China to the north and India to the south, east, and west, has a musical heritage inspired by both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. Compositions such as prayers, love songs, and folk tales are performed using instruments such as the tabla and sarangi from India and the damaru (drum) and taboo (bell) from Tibet. Liner notes include an introduction to Nepal and detailed track notes with translated lyrics.

I bought it for the BTS interview and pictures and I am not disappointed! The interviews with each member are thoughtful and good. I only wish I could purchase the special edition 8 magazine set.
Haven't watched it yet; I buy LOTS of movies, and it can be weeks, even months, before I get to this one. I like the main actress, having seen her in 2 other films, and was glad to see she's also in one of the other 2 films I ordered from you. All 3 arrived in EXCELLENT condition!!
