After 3 years of touring in support of their previous release Your Name in Lights, playing all over the western United States with the likes of the Vandals, Ignite, Strung Out, A Wilhelm Scream, Death by Stereo, H20 and many more, the band has regrouped and reestablished their position in today's punk scene. Faster and more aggressive than their previous release, Anchors Astray sees Sic Waiting expanding their musical influence to genres from metal to acoustic to the punk rock that earned them their reputation as one of the most durable and determined bands in the scene today. Sic Waiting has independently sold over 4,000 copies of their previous full length Your Name In Lights and received airplay on college, independent and network radio stations across the country and online.
