2013 three CD set. After them, nothing was the same: The Sex Pistols changed the history of Pop music and turned it upside down. 36 years after their debut album, the echoes still reach all contemporary music. The Many Faces of the Sex Pistols is a unique work that shows many facets of the group and their unfamiliar environment. In this triple album we find the group's first demos, recorded by their soundman (Dave Goodman), and also recorded live, as well as different versions, songs by Sid Vicious as a soloist and almost all of the work recorded by the Ex Pistols, the band put together by Dave Goodman after the separation of the Pistols, with very rare material that became one of the hidden treasures of British Punk. With beautiful cover art, explanatory liner notes, and restored sound, the Many Faces of the Sex Pistols is an essential album, not only for fans of the group, but for all those interested in the development of Rock. If you have the regular discs published by the Sex Pistols, the Many Faces offers new and little heard aspects of this pioneering band. An album for collectors.
