On "Paraiso Road Gang", 17-time Grammy and Latin Grammy Award winner Rubén Blades mixes musical components from rock to jazz, in Spanish and English. The album opens with a collaboration between Blades and Kansas City's Making Movies on the protest anthem "No Te Calles" ("Don't Be Silenced").
