First coming into prominence with a string of pop hits in the early 1950's beginning with the hit "Come On-a My House," Rosemary Clooney became one of America's most respected jazz vocalists and on screen personalities. She appeared opposite Bing Crosby in the film "White Christmas" in 1954 and became a regular attraction on television variety shows in the decades after and appeared in several films and television series. She was the aunt of Academy Award winning actor George Clooney. Presented here is her popular 1978 Christmas album, "Christmas with Rosemary Clooney," which followed on the heels of her appearance at Bing Crosby's 50th anniversary show in 1977. Included in the album is Clooney's hit rendition of "White Christmas." All selections newly re-mastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
