Red Camp, the self-proclaimed "fugitive piano smasher from 52nd Street," plays mad jazz piano on this 1955 Cook Records release. Born in West Texas, he describes his music as being caught in the war between the "Moldy Figs" (jazz purists) and Be Boppers (a more modern style). No liner notes are available on this album.
