Marquee (Markita Ferguson) is a rapper, singer, and songwriter who began her career in the early 1990s linking with the Diggin' in the Crates (D.I.T.C.) crew. She later signed with Trackmasters under Sony, where she worked with notable figures like Pharrell Williams, MC Lyte, and Queen Latifah. After years of guest features, writing, and industry work, she released her debut solo album Femme Fatale in 2017. Black Orphan is her new sophomore album, produced by some of Hip Hop's biggest producers such as Da Beatminerz, Rockwilder, Jake One, Buckwild and many others. The tracks also feature some of Hip Hop's greatest stars such as Mr. Cheeks, Keith Murray, Craig G, Monie Love and many others.
