After a hiatus, the label is back with a bang and teaming up once again with Lovebirds for another classic EP.'They Call Me' is a funk-fueled jam with bluesy vocals and horns, all sounding kinda Moodymann-esque. Rolling keys, incredible live bass, and solid beats. Dancefloor winner. 'Smooth & Fatfree' is a dreamy downtempo groover with the fattest, squelchiest bass in town, and the smoothest keys this side of Berlin. Afterparty gold. This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
