Fili Bibiano's Fortress are a traditional heavy metal band, formed in Whittier, California in 2016. Their debut album, Don't Spare The Wicked, was released on High Roller Records in 2021. Their sophomore album, Death Is Your Master features Fili Bibiano (guitar, bass and synth), Joey Mancaruso (drums), and new lead vocalist Juan Aguila (taking over from Chris Nunez). The album was recorded mostly at Bibiano's own Black Light Studio, and at Brothers Marc Studio. It was produced by Bibiano and just like on the debut album, his guitar playing and neo-classical runs are one of the biggest trademarks of the Fortress sound.
