Emcee/producer J Scienide returns with, "Piranhas," a collaborative single produced by Griselda Records' own, Daringer (Action Bronson, Mach-Hommy, Alchemist). Scienide is a true student of the culture of hip-hop, who after dropping his critically acclaimed debut, The Actual Heat, has been on a strong upward trajectory with several well received projects under his Static King imprint. To date, J has released two albums with legendary producer/emcee, Kev Brown, and hopped back behind the boards for his latest album, KAPUT!!! With radio play from HOT 97's Funkmaster Flex and Peter Rosenberg as well as various radio shows on Shade 45, Dash Radio as well as a strong international presence from rocking shows in the US, Canada, and Europe, Scienide is keen on sharing this special 7" with the masses. To boot, artwork for this project was illustrated by the legendary Kevin Lyons, Creative Director for Nike, Adidas, Converse, Huf, Stussy, SSUR, Stance, Umbro, Vans, Uniqlo, Mighty Healthy, CLOT, Colette, and Girl Skateboards. Kevin is also an EMMY Award w=Winner and former Creative Director for Urban Outfitters. His signature "monster' characters can be seen all over the world from murals, clothing and action figure. Pressed on sky blue vinyl and limited to just 300 units, this 7" inch is a true collector's item.
