Orphaned Land are one of the most exclusive bands of the whole prog metal scene in the world. In 1997, Orphaned Land fell into hibernation when the band members had to deal with the harsh reality in their homeland Israel. The band got it's name from a song called ????? ????? (Hebrew for "Winds of War") by the Israeli singer Yehuda Poliker. "Mabool" is was originally released in 2004.
