Mourning Mist - Amen [CD]

Highly anticipated 2nd album from the Italian Masters of classic, dark and epic Doom Metal. Italian Doom Metal Icons Mourning Mist were formed in 2013 by Ecnerual, a graduated classic-violinist. Musically inspired by the Italian dark sound of the '80s and early English '90s death/doom acts, Mourning Mist present a unique and original take on Doom Metal. Traveling down avant-garde and progressive territories they employ Violin infused sorrow to deliver top notch Doom Metal. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2015 to international critical acclaim for it's dark and unique sound. Their highly anticipated sophomore release is "Amen". A robust and compelling album without any fillers, "Amen" has already been critically acclaimed from fans of classic heavy Doom ala Candlemass and Death SS and more extreme Doom like My Dying Bride "trinity" and early Katatonia! "Amen" features 6 songs which take you back in time to the most obscure Italian dark sound tradition.
