Morgan Cryar's pioneering debut, More Than Meets the Eye, originally self-released in 1981, is finally issued on CD for the first time in this remastered Legends of Rock edition; nestled within a jewel case with an 8-page booklet featuring updated artwork by Scott Waters, it showcases gritty, soulful backing vocals by Doug Pinnick (King's X) and earthy tones from Kemper Crabb on harmonica and percussion, all elevated by Rob Colwell's restored audio and released in a limited run of 300 copies, a historical Christian pop/rock milestone now brought back to life.
