One is an actress, author and performer; the other is a composer and musician. Véronique Lechat and Julien Omé met as teenagers and developed a friendship and artistic passion in the nighttime glow of the summer moons. On a Silver Edge, the first musical showcase of the children of the moon, combines the musical influences of folk and indie rock (Sufjan Stevens, Bonnie 'Prince' Billie) with cinematic references (Angelo Badalamenti). The melodies mingle with the rhythms, textures and tessituras of the songs, which the duo prefers in English.
