Grammy nominee and IBMA award winner Missy Raines continues her exploration of traditionally-rooted bluegrass through a set of original songs, fresh covers and reworkings of traditional ballads on her new release LOVE & TROUBLE. Working again with producer Alison Brown, she shines a spotlight on the members of her touring band Allegheny on the new outing: Tristan Scroggins (mandolin, vocals), Ellie Hakanson (fiddle, vocals), Ben Garnett (guitar, vocals) and Eli Gilbert (banjo, vocals). Raines and company are joined by special guests fiddler Deanie Richardson, and California bluegrass pioneers Kathy Kallick and Laurie Lewis who share lead vocals with Raines on the album's lead single "Anywhere the Wind Blows."
