Milton Brown's Brownies not only invented Western Swing, but even anticipated rock 'n' roll by 20 years with Wanna Coffman's slapping bass and Bob Dunn's amplified steel guitar (and that Cliff Bruner was one fiery fiddler, too)! This hard-to-find number includes two dozen prime, mid-'30s tracks plus a 1932 Fort Worth Doughboys track (Nancy Jane) with Brown and Bob Wills!
