The second recording by the Metropolitan Bopera House was originally released in 1987 on LP only. It was a very well received and highly praised album at the time. This material is now being released on CD for the first time, along with 4 bonus tracks. Excellent solos by John Marshall, Tardo Hammer and Gary Pribek; great time keeping, flourishes and accents by Danny D'Imperio, and solid harmonic and rhythmic support from David Shapiro. Like the first MBH release, the repertoire highlights some lesser-known bebop compositions.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
