This special edition reissue of the only album by the duo of Ian McDonald and Michael Giles, who left King Crimson in December 1969 after the band's first U.S. tour, returns as a graceful jazz-rock counterpart to In the Wake of Poseidon, showcasing McDonald's lyrical sensibility and Giles' uniquely distinctive drumming style. The release features 2 artwork magnets, one for the Giles couple and one for the McDonald couple, included because the front and back artwork together tell the true story behind their departure and the choice of love over the band's success. The disc is presented in SHM-CD format and uses the 2001 remastering, making this a distinctive collector's edition for progressive rock fans.
