His Blue Note debut, The Real McCoy, firmly established him as a creative force. Featuring a world class quartet with Joe Henderson (tenor sax), Ron Carter (bass) and Elvin Jones (drums), the album presented "Passion Dance," "Search for Peace," and "Blues on the Corner." This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
