First released in 1974, this is Harvey 'The Snake' Mandel's final record for the Janus label. Mandel rose to fame during the Woodstock era as a member of Canned Heat. He also played with John Mayall, and was considered to replace Mick Taylor in the Rolling Stones. His signature solo sound blends psychedelic rock with funk and jazz-fusion. These groove heavy tracks come packed with intricate guitar work.
