The Makaha Sons has their roots in the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau, the seminal Hawaiian group of the mid-70's that championed traditional Hawaiian music. They became simply the Makaha Sons after band member Israel Kamakawiwo'ole left to pursue a solo career. They have since blossomed into one of the most popular, sought-after recording and performing acts in Hawai'i. I bought it for the BTS interview and pictures and I am not disappointed! The interviews with each member are thoughtful and good. I only wish I could purchase the special edition 8 magazine set.
Haven't watched it yet; I buy LOTS of movies, and it can be weeks, even months, before I get to this one. I like the main actress, having seen her in 2 other films, and was glad to see she's also in one of the other 2 films I ordered from you. All 3 arrived in EXCELLENT condition!!
