The etching in runouts, "KPG@CA".
The "KPG" is for Kevin Gray, whom cut the lacquer.
The "@CA" is for where the cutting was performed (mastered), Cohearent Audio

Note: The press ring may even be 31.7mm. Which just may be an "RTI" pressing.
However, I can't say that for sure.
