Coming out of the Art Tatum and Bud Powell school of be-bop piano playing, Lou Levy worked with many top jazz artists and gained a strong reputation as an accompanist to singers, including Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, June Christy, Anita O'Day and Frank Sinatra - and became a heavily in-demand player on the West Coast jazz scene. Presented here is Lou's one of a kind Christmas album, a highly collectible piece on vinyl, considering that Lou played at Frank Sinatra's home each Christmas Eve, and also at many of Sinatra's parties and in particular at one where the guests included Ronald and Nancy Reagan, James Stewart and Jack Benny. Presented here is the original album, newly re-mastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
