Limited 140gm Pink vinyl LP pressing
LIMITED TO 200 numbered Copies!
Highly regarded lost funk from 1974 and sadly never reissued in any format ever! Until now!
Limuel "LIM" Taylor, born September 23, 1954, was blessed to be born into music royalty. The 4th son of legendary leader of Ray Charles' Raelettes, Mabel John and Little Willie John was Lim's uncle!
So little is known about Lim. This effort with his Half brother Joel Webster is the only LP he ever released, at age 20. Chock full of sweet funky soul, "You Hear Me Knocking" on a major label would have likely received serious airplay on the urban stations of the day.
Initially recorded for, and released on the Ray Charles owned Crossover label.
Original pressings are scarce. Get your's now before they're gone!
