A young master raised under the Suzuki method of musical instruction; Khari Lemuel has been playing the cello since he was 3 years old. Since then he has traveled abroad, been on Oprah Winfreys talk show, played with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and opened for Phil Cohran, Meshell Ndgeocello, Eric Roberson, Anthony David, Fertile Ground, Isaac Hayes and Stevie Wonder. Since his appearance on the Chicago performance circuit, requests for his expertise have not stopped. Morning Music is a work that is made to embody the healing, inspiring energy of the morning. The album has many elements of popular soul yet it also strays away from the boundaries of Neo-Soul.
