Called 'Youngest Among the Titans of Yodelling' in Doug Green's Liner Notes, Kenny Roberts was sure to compete with the best of yodelling. A pioneer in children's television, Roberts catapulted himself into the country charts from 1949-50 with I Never See Maggie Alone and Choc'late Ice Creme Cone, novelty songs that largely set the standard for his career. This 29 song collection from Roberts' entire recordings for Coral and Decca from 1949-1957 offers yodelling abundantly. In addition Roberts pleasant singing and an excellent accompaniment by the cream of the Nashville Cats with the Steelers

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
