Kame Nochinochi Kiria - Dekisokonai To Retteru Music CD

'Formed in January 2024. A duo consisting of singer-songwriter KIRIA on guitar and vocals and Kame from Modoku, Jolitz, Gusha Ningen, Real 3-ku, and Kinoko Hotel (support) on guitar. KIRIA writes the lyrics and composes the music, and performs live with a band arrangement with support members. This album is recorded mainly with a band taste, with support bassist Kaji (Hanazono Distance) and support drummer Aoi (Shojoshiki Elise), but 'Neko no Shitai to Junction' also contains elements of electronica and industrial shoegaze. The recording and sound engineer for this album is Yoshida Jiro, known for Halmens X, Jolitz, Nya?Wave, and Beast Lillian. The result is a powerful band sound. The album jacket was also jointly designed by guitarist Kame and support drummer Aoi. The song is impressive for it's solid melody and poetic, profound lyrics. Not limited to the boundaries of genre, their music incorporates a variety of elements, including ambient, alternative, pop rock, folk, alternative, psychedelic, and shoegaze, while still managing to maintain a sense of nostalgia and newness. Dealing with real everyday emotions and social themes, their performances combine delicacy and roughness, with strong messages that confront reality, realistic and heart-stirring music, and performances that express the ups and downs of emotion. As for live performances, they are actively involved in planning events as well as performing live mainly in Tokyo.
