Previously released as a digital single and a limited 7in, this new version has been remastered for superior sound quality! Kaleta & Super Yamba Band's debut single, "Mr. Diva," draws on the group's shared reverence for the raw, psychedelic afrofunk sound that captivated Kaleta as a music loving kid in 1970s Benin. Kaleta's guitar chops earned him decades of recording and international touring with Fela Kuti, King Sunny Ade and more recently Lauryn Hill. "Mr. Diva" was recorded live to tape at Hive Mind Recording in Brooklyn, NY and produced by Vince Chiarito (Charles Bradley, Ikebe Shakedown).

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
