One of the great singing cowboys originally discovered by Gene Autry, Jimmy Wakely became one of the most popular western singers of the late 1940's as well as starring in several cowboy movies, and by 1962 had sold over 15 million records. In the mid-1960's he started his own record label and released albums by country stars Johnny Bond, Noel Boggs and others. Presented here is the classic album "The Jimmy Wakely Family Show" featuring Jimmy's son, John C. and daughter Linda. All selections newly remastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
