The colorful and eclectic work of French-based producer Frederic Faupin, A.K.A. Jessy Mach, first appeared on the Deep Touch Records imprint in 2004. He was immediately noticed by producers like Everything But The Girl's Ben Watt, who incorporated one of his tracks on the second volume of his acclaimed 'Buzzin Fly' compilation series, and Dutch Cinq Etoiles label owner Monte La Rue, who found his work worthy of a remix. Since those early days, Faupin has consistently released a wide range of high-quality atmospheric tracks under numerous aliases such as Mr. Fuzz and Jack in Da Box, and he has appeared as a member in the collectives Les Beautés Vulgaires, Kings of Deep and Grantorino. It is now 2017 and Faupin continues to inspire and innovative. Building upon his first release as Jessy Mach, the 3-track EP "Retrologic," Faupin returns with the full-length "Life Cathodic," a stunning work sure to become an instant synthwave classic, proving once again the future is now.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
