James Tracy (Gospel) - Original Scripture-Based Songs of Inspiration [CD]

Putting Scripture to melody is a powerful medium to inculcate the truth of God's Word. I produced this CD to propagate these songs which were originally sung with guitar accompaniment alone and have ministered to me as a young disciple. I designed the songs such that each time you listen, you would hear some new detail. The label on the CD itself explains the origin of the music in more detail. Most have 3 to 4 part harmony, often arranged in a barbershop style. Several songs can be arranged and adapted to suit congregational participation, which is my hope and prayer. The CD jacket includes appropriate references to Scripture as well as the keys in which the songs are played. I have also produced a songbook in 'guitar-friendly' keys and containing a guitar chords chart. Many songs have full piano scores also.
