J.J. Williams and Ernie Shelby cut a string of 45s for Wishbone Productions in the early 1970s, working with producers Clayton Ivey and Terry Woodford at Widget and Broadway Sound in Muscle Shoals. Tracks leased to Capitol and Polydor failed to make much of an impression at the time but are acclaimed by southern soul fans. This album features all of their Wishbone recordings including a few unissued tracks. 18 tracks including: I'm Gonna Bite That Apple, Do the Kick Back, Love Market, Carry Me, I May Not Be What You Want, Punish Me.
