Detroit native J.J. Barnes is an American R&B singer who was briefly signed to Motown records and became quite popular on the British Northern Soul scene. In the late 80's he joined British producer Ian Levine's massive Motown reunion Motorcity Records project and recorded many wonderful tracks. This album is the result of those sessions. All tracks have been newly re-mastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
