Chile's best-known band, Inti-Illimani has enchanted audiences around the globe for the three decades. Their music is alink between pueblo and people, vivified in the Nueva Cancion movement, a movemtn they helped found. Their latest recording, Amar de Nuevo, is inspired by Creole song, the enormous musical, poetic and sentimental heritage that runs through the cultural skin of Latin America. The 11-song set contains home-grown folkloric tunes, boleros and Peruvian waltzes, most composed by guitarist/singer Horacio Salinas and poet/lyrcist Patricio Manns.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
