Returning to his studio, The ISOKON in Woodstock, NY, the band pushed themselves to create another cohesive effort representative of their current creative output. Considered by Mitarotonda to be akin to a "mix tape" of the band's recent catalog, the album contains a blend of fan-favorite live staples and brand-new songs, sure to delight old and new listeners alike.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
