Star Creature and it's hometown of Chicago have a long history with Italian dance music and producers including Giovanni Damico, Modula, and Leones. This association now continues with The Funkin' Machine, an Italian Funk band from Naples, Italy with members from well known Italian Funk outfits like Nu Genea, Mystic Jungle, and Parbleu.
