The Dutch singer, poet and composer Frank Boeijen was very popular in the eighties with the Frank Boeijen Group. Since the breakup of the group in 1991, Frank has a successful solo career. The 3LP set The Most Beautiful and The Best contains, all the great hits from the period 1980-1997, such as 'Linda', 'Black & White', 'Paradise', 'Do Something', 'Welcome to Utopia' and 'Kronenburg Park', and also some lesser known favorites such as 'She Cares About Me', 'Muse', 'The Piano Van Beethoven' and 'Two Men Zo Stil', a collaboration with Stef Bos. A number of Frank Boeijen (Group) numbers have evolved over the years & grown into true Nederpop classics. 'Black and white', 'Tell me it is not so', 'The Reconciliation' and 'Winter In Hamburg' are in the annual Top 2000 every year. The new tour of Frank Boeijen will start in August 2023. He will be seen throughout the country in various theaters and playhouses.
